He showed up smack in the middle of the time window he gave me, called first as I had asked him to, and had everything he needed to complete the job in a timely fashion. The best part? He came on Saturday, so I did not have to take off work to get this done. If you call you may get his answering service. I got his answering service... but... Sam called me back right after getting off the phone from his answering service and I am sooooo glad he did. He did exactly what he said he'd do, no hidden fees, no trying to sell me other stuff. He replaced two springs, two cables and two brackets for less than I had been quoted from 3 other places. He also offered a better warranty of two years for the springs and 3 years for the cables. The other places I called offered a 90 day warranty and and a one year warranty. Did I mention he came on a Saturday? Do yourself a favor and give this company a chance, you won't be disappointed.
